Friday July 29. Our forecast recommended selling a week ago when the Dow was at 12,743. Today it closed at 12,143.24, down 600 points in the last six trading sessions.  NEW YORK (Reuters) – “Stocks ended the worst week in a year as time runs out on Washington to reach agreement before the government loses its ability to borrow money.”
